Elena is the Head of the BNY Advisors Intermediary Solutions team and a Portfolio Manager at BNY, where she partners with clients to deliver custom-tailored investment solutions aligned to their objectives. Using a multi-manager approach across multiple asset classes, she specializes in portfolio construction, multi-asset investing, investment models, and designing solutions that meet a broad range of client needs.

She leads the BNY Advisors Intermediary Solutions team, a group of seasoned investment professionals, and has helped launch multiple custom models for clients. In addition to her business leadership responsibilities, she serves on the BNY Advisors Investment Policy Council, BNY Advisors Investment Oversight Committee, BNY Advisors Risk and Compliance Committee, and BNY Advisors Risk Oversight Council.

With 14 years at BNY, Elena brings deep experience across investment research, portfolio management, quantitative analysis, and risk management. Prior to joining BNY, she was a quantitative equity analyst and investment officer at MFS Investment Management, where she was responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining stock selection models; designing and evaluating portfolio management processes; developing quantitative infrastructure; and managing and supporting equity portfolios. Earlier in her career, she held similar roles at Evergreen Investments, served as a risk manager at American Express, and worked as a research analyst at Paradigm Global Advisors, a fund of hedge funds.

Elena is known for connecting the dots across BNY by helping bring together investment capabilities, BNY products, and BNY investment platforms into cohesive client solutions. She collaborates closely with Distribution, Marketing, and Operations to help deliver a seamless client experience.

Elena holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Belarussian State University, an MS in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MS in Statistics from Yale University. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
