Kyle crafts personalized investment strategies that transcend traditional financial planning – helping clients optimize the full potential of their financial lives and empowering them to explore who they are and who they want to be.

Kyle’s approach to wealth management is deeply rooted in his extraordinary upbringing. Raised by a single mother who opened her heart and home to nearly 60 medically fragile foster children, Kyle witnessed firsthand the profound impact of compassion and financial resilience. This formative experience didn’t just shape Kyle’s values; it forged his mission to empower others.

He has a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ community and is a recognized voice on LGBTQ financial issues, quoted frequently in Forbes, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Kyle also spent many years appearing on SiriusXM’s OutQ business program, providing guidance to listeners around the country.

Working with Kyle means shaping a future that resonates with your deepest convictions. He transforms financial management into a catalyst for personal fulfillment and social change, helping ensure your wealth becomes a powerful expression of your values and aspirations.

Kyle earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Rutgers University. He balances his professional acumen with personal passions, including being an accomplished marathon runner and culinary enthusiast. He applies the same drive and creativity to both his personal endeavors and his clients’ financial journeys, consistently seeking new ways to excel and innovate.

Kyle and his husband, Steven Salton, view their philanthropic efforts as among the most significant contributions they make.

They co-founded the Stay America Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focused on community nourishment through the arts, education, and hunger relief. This initiative exemplifies their joint commitment to improving lives and fostering inclusive communities.

In addition, Kyle and Steven have created the Pierstone Scholarship to support the educational aspirations of LGBTQ+ students across the country – and they continue to support the Human Rights Campaign, Minding Your Mind, Multiple Sclerosis Society, L’Arche, and other organizations.

Noted for their dedication, Kyle and Steven received the 2021 Rabbi Erwin & Agnes Herman Humanitarian Award for being visionary philanthropists to the LGBTQ+ communities.
